Telemetry 1.1.0

Telemetry 1.1.0 is ready. The changes aren't worth a ChangeLog, as the only real feature was Annotations. You can not 'annotate' a System or Node, marking an specific that will show up when you chart the affected entity. Annotations can have start and end dates, or only a start date. If both are present, the Annotation will be marked with a translucent hight over the whole range. If only a start date is present, a line is drawn.

There were also a few bug fixes, but nothing significant. Thanks!
