Unnamed Chart Package 0.1.0

I'm getting close to releasing this thing on CPAN, I think. I learned the ropes with the recent release of Data::Stack (which needs some more work to be good) and know how to use PAUSE now.

What's new? I switched to using Class::Accessor for all the classes for convenience then added Point, Insets, Border and Stroke objects. These allowed me to shore up border drawing so that the Plot scales appropriately for all the borders involved. Also added a background_color() to Plot and Chart.

Now to think of a name... GD::Chart is attractive, but I'm thinkin I'll eventually abstract myself away from being tied to GD...
