I was present at the party where Jaxn got golf clubs and I’ve been sitting here for two weeks talking golf with him. We finally made it to the driving range yesterday, weather be damned.

We had a good time. I discovered, much to the chagrin of the owners, that the urinal was overflowing and water was an inch deep and in the hallway. After that, we made it out to the range and hit 80 or so. After repeating my Monday night performance of hitting about 3/4^ths solidly, I pulled out the wedge and made contact with the ball guy about 5 times. He was helping me out a bit and some were on the hop, but I was deadly.

Jaxn is learning fast. He’s already got way more understanding of ‘how’ to swing than I do. Having such knowledge makes me think to hard, but I’m probably creating bad habits that will plague me later. Oh well.

I also tried to get a ‘full’ swing in a few times. About half of them were good. The other half went very badly. I’ll continue to work on this, getting at least 9 in this weekend with Ebin.
