Today I bought a Logitech Harmony remote. My boss has repeatedly told me how cool his is. My new A/V setup is much more complex than any before. Since I had a Best Buy gift card to blow I thought it was a good choice.

Let me first state that, technically, this remote does exactly what it advertises.

Who wrote this damned software? Who’s bright idea was it to integrate such an application into the web browser? I have no idea how your average person uses one of these damned things. It has taken me a lot of trial and error to get things working, and I’m only part way there.
